the vision

Our vision for the studio was to create a space that provides a relaxed and Zen like sanctuary for the busy individual.

We want to build a community of enlightened, strong, healthy and compassionate individuals, who will reap the benefits of an authentic yoga practice.

Rebecca Bradley – co founder

Rebecca Bradley’s intention as a yoga teacher has always been to make her students feel happy and inspired after a yoga class. Rebecca found yoga at an early age and it has taken her to some amazing places around the world. She loves to share the healing effects that yoga has to offer in her classes, workshops and retreats. She is Yoga Alliance (E-RYT500) certified after completing her Level 2 Yoga teacher training in Bali in 2012 with Shakti Spirit Yoga and Ayurveda. She trained under Rachel Hull and Emil Wendel in Ubud, Bali to gain this challenging certification.

Qualifications achieved on this training include- intermediate and advanced yoga sequencing and adjusting, pranayama, meditation, yoga therapy, yoga philosophy, restorative yoga, senior’s yoga, ayurveda and marma point therapy. As well as being a teacher of yoga, she also holds a Marine Science degree and has taught secondary school biology in Melbourne.

Rebecca is interested in yoga therapy for injuries and disease and she is qualified to design a yoga practice which is suitable for a student’s needs or limitations. Yoga therapy as an alternative treatment for injury and disease is becoming more popular in the western world as positive results can be achieved very quickly.

Rebecca gained her Level 1 certification in Goa, India with the acclaimed YogaArts teacher training in 2009. Rebecca has also been formally trained in Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow sequencing under the guidance of Twee Merrigan.

Rebecca is Yoga Alliance certified and has had extensive experience designing intelligent yoga classes that are aimed to strengthen tone and repair the body. She also teaches asana modules on yoga teacher trainings, interstate and overseas. Rebecca continually improves upon her yoga knowledge by attending current workshops and training and she enjoys sharing this information with her students. She is currently a student of the world renowned yoga teachers- A.G, Indra and Ganesh Mohan.

Linda Wilton

My practice & passion for Yoga dates back 20 years.

After completing a Yoga Philosophy Course, then moving to a 1200hr Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training at VIYETT,  I have been blessed, to have the opportunity, to teach locally for the last 7 years.

From my own personal journey & understanding, of how yoga can “simply change lives” inspires & encourages me to help others allow themselves, to discover the positive effect & benefits of a yoga practice, therefore improving & enriching their lives.

Yoga allows us to find the freedom within our lives – not freedom from it.

Joelle Chaperon

Joelle is extremely focused and community minded. She lives with a very simple philosophy of truth & light. She walks with people on their journey always making time for anyone who requires her help/guidance. She loves people & is able to give experiences via a balancing act of yoga & youth work. She is not one without the other.

She believes in balance- physically, mentally & energetically, so after completing a Bachelor of Social Science/Youth work, she continued her learning exploring her other love- yoga. Having practiced for ten years she began her Teacher Training course at AYA.

Teaching since 2012, Joelle has continued to further her exploration of yoga in various workshops exploring the spirituality &, philosophy of Yoga, Meditation, Adjustment & Alignment & intensive workshops with Simon Borg Olivier, Nicky Knoff, Ihana Yoga and more.
