These classes are intelligently sequenced to create a class where poses are linked with the breath. Classes combine breath work, flexibility, balance and build upon core stability and strength. Classes can often become dynamic moving meditations and the benefits are endless. This is an open level class and is suitable for beginners.
vinyasa flow level 2

vinyasa yoga- all levels
Designed for all levels of students, every student will be integrated into the class. Modifications will be given for each level of experience. Everyone will take the practice to their level and modify as needed. All levels welcome
Pilates Fusion is a 45 minute class with a mix of standing and floor work to sculpt and tone your whole body. Pilates Fusion combines basic mat Pilates with body sculpting and Stretching movements. It is a full body workout to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, posture and muscle tone. Stretch and strengthen your body through a combination of body weight and Thera band exercises.

slow flow yoga
A gentle and easy going, slow flow, vinyasa yoga class. Designed to preserve energy and calm the mind, this class is suitable for anyone looking to relax and gently stretch. Suitable for all levels.
This gentle class typically involves five or six main poses where props are used to assist in resting and relaxation. A deeply calming practice for the mind and nervous system, which enable you to turn inward and focus on the breath. Concludes with a long relaxation and/or meditation. Suitable for all levels.
This class has a strong emphasis on pranayama (breathing practice/control of the breath) and incorporates gentle movement. You will learn different yogic breathing techniques, combined with gentle yoga stretching. A relaxing and rejuvenating class suitable for all levels.
